I am a certified Massage Therapist since 2018, I started with StretchLab Fremont in early 2024. I love dancing and have been with a professional dance company since 2015 where we specialize in African diasporic dance specifically West African. I have 2 adorable dogs and love hearing about other people's pets. My favorite part about working at StretchLab is training and learning new techniques to better help and assist clients through their mobility journey.
I obtained my B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from CSUN and plan on pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I coach high school Badminton during the Spring season and have been playing since I was in high school. Before StretchLab I was working at a Physical Therapy clinic where I gained a deeper understanding of outpatient care and rehabilitation. I volunteered at a organization in Southern California called 3 Winds where we assisted the older Latino population on different excercise modalities to encourage them to stay physically active. I have been with StretchLab over a year now and my favorite part is being able to use my knowledge to help individuals reach their goals.
